The Build Process

Exploration & Design
Every project starts with a personal conversation. We discuss your cruising plans, preferred layout, design ideas, technical requirements and personal wishes.
From there, your ideas are translated into a clear concept and specification.

Engineering & Preparation
Before construction begins, the yacht is engineered in detail. Materials, systems, routing, layout and technical choices are carefully prepared.
This stage creates a strong foundation for an efficient and accurate build.

Build & Transparency
The yacht is built entirely in-house at our shipyard in Waalwijk. From metal construction and engineering to finishing and installation, every stage is handled by our own specialists.
During the build, you are welcome to follow the progress of your yacht closely.

Delivery & Service
After launch and delivery, our involvement continues. Van der Heijden Yachts remains available for service, maintenance advice, upgrades and long-term support.
This helps keep your yacht in excellent condition and protects its value over time.
